Armanov Smart Controller for Dillon Variable Speed Casefeeder

Product works and solves the problem I had with total cartridge count. Auto reverse is ok, can be troublesome when changing calibers

I love the ASC for the Dillon Variable Speed Case feeder. I works as designed and was easy to install.

I am an Armanov fan ! all of their products are well engineered and just work. The smart controller is no exception. It is easy to install and the counter feature is something you did not know you needed until you used it. Customer service is outstanding. I also use a roll sizer with case feeder and tried to make an adapter for the tube. ,I missed fact that there was an adapter to use the Dillon clip with the controller. I can not recommend this add on more highly.

I purchased this mainly for the reverse function for jams. It took a few tries to get the tension set on the shell plate due to an 3 D printed handle I had previously installed, but after that it set up perfectly on the 2nd attempt and it performs great!!!!! I do like the loaded round feature as well. The last bonus is the speed setting, it's nice to just turn it to 3 and load... Like all of your other products I have it is outstanding quality and easy to install. Thanks for another great product.

The Smart Controller for Dillon is a great upgrade, it saves time from clearing jams and keeps count of the number of cases dropped. The speed control and digital clutch work great also.
I especially like the fact that it doesn't modify the original controller or case feeder at all, so if you wanted to go back to the Dillon controller it would only take minutes. (I don't know why anyone would)

This is a great device and the digital clutch and auto-reverse really helps with the hangups I would have on the case feeder.
I usually reload batches of 500 9mm or .38s and this is going to save me from the pain of digging a case out from under the plate!

It's a good addition to the Dillon Variable Speed ​​Case Feeder, especially if you're using it to feed an automatic decapping machine or a case roller. The mount for the downpipe is a bit short and doesn't quite fit the original downpipe; it would be good if that could be optimized. If it does get jammed (which is rare), you have to turn it off and then you lose the counter. I would also like to be able to set the countdown timer not just in 25 increments, but also in smaller increments. But these aren't really a problem.

Integration of the Armanov Smart Controller with the Dillon Variable Speed Case feeder has demonstrably enhanced the feeding of 9mm cases, effectively resolving prior jamming incidents. To optimize the case feeder’s utility during non-reloading operations with the roll sizing machine, a design modification Is proposed. The existing setup requires the loosening of the controller’s base screws to accommodate the roll sizer feed tube, which may compromise the plastic attachment and potentially strip the screws. Consequently, the addition of a dedicated feeder tube attachment Is very much appreciated.

I'm thrilled. I particularly like the two light barriers that switch off the motor and the fact that you can preselect how many sleeves are to be fed in.
