All orders placed on us.store.armanov.com are dispatched from our warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. This means no customs fees, no import duties, and significantly faster delivery compared to international shipping. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no surprise charges at the door.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). The processing period begins the day after your payment has been confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock availability, we will notify you promptly and offer a wait, a substitute, or a full refund.
Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout. All orders ship via standard carrier service from our Texas warehouse.

Transit times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location within the US. Remote areas and P.O. Boxes may require additional transit time.
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our US logistics partner, Marketplace Prep (Fort Worth, TX). The carrier used for each shipment will be selected based on your location and order weight. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, which you can use to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Armanov d.o.o. is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you at the point of handoff to the carrier.
Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address is accurate and complete, and that arrangements are in place to accept delivery. Armanov d.o.o. is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information and contact the carrier directly. If the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@armanov.com and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photographs before accepting or opening the package, and notify us within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Cancellations & Returns Policy for full details on how we handle damaged shipments.
