Cancellations & Returns
Applies to US market orders only
Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in your state. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify applicable local laws before placing an order. Orders for items that are restricted by state law are considered final sale and are not eligible for return on that basis.
- 01 Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch by contacting our support team.
- 02 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. A return may be initiated once the package is received.
- 03 Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to processing times of your payment provider.
We accept returns on all products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is returned in its original condition — undamaged, without signs of use, and in its original, unmodified packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Items that show signs of use, have been modified, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the product is permitted in their state prior to purchase — orders placed in error due to state restrictions are not eligible for return on that basis.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping. Returns received without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.

- 01 All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- 02 Armanov is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
- 03 Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the entire order is returned due to an error on our part.
- 01 Please inspect all items upon delivery. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify Armanov within 14 days of the delivery date.
- 02 Failure to notify us within 14 days may result in the goods being considered accepted.
- 03 To report an issue, email support@armanov.com with your order number and photographs of the defect or damage.
- 04 If the goods are confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect upon our inspection, Armanov will arrange for the return and issue a full refund or replacement. Return shipping arrangements in such cases will be agreed upon individually.
- 01 All refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).
- 02 Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days from approval. Actual timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- 03 If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval notice, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Most issues are resolved faster through direct communication. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Armanov may delay your resolution.
