Welcome to Armanov d.o.o.! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Armanov d.o.o. Armanov d.o.o. operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Armanov d.o.o. endeavors to ensure all displayed information is as accurate as possible; however, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy and will not be responsible for any inaccuracies. In cases where a specific product is unavailable, we may, at our discretion, offer a direct equivalent alternative. We will always attempt to contact you to confirm before dispatching a substitute. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours of your order being placed, we reserve the right to dispatch the equivalent item to maintain our service standards.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Armanov d.o.o. reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Armanov d.o.o. confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Armanov d.o.o. may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Should a product you have ordered not be available, Armanov d.o.o. will notify you and offer the opportunity to either wait for the item to return to stock or cancel the order for a full refund. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Cancellations & Returns Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export, unless expressly agreed in writing by Armanov d.o.o.
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or import charges. The complete price including applicable charges can always be viewed in your cart before completing your order.
Prices posted in our store may differ from prices offered in physical stores or stores operated by third parties. We may offer promotions from time to time that are governed by separate terms; in the event of a conflict, the promotion terms will govern.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate card details, an accurate billing address, and accurate contact details. Incorrect information may result in delays. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such card, (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your card issuer, and (iv) you will pay all charges at posted prices, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Armanov d.o.o. is not liable for losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of delays in delivery, whether caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that arrangements are in place to accept delivery. Armanov d.o.o. is not responsible for failed delivery attempts resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Armanov d.o.o., Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent.

These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Armanov d.o.o. and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or proposals between you and us.
You may not delegate, transfer, or assign this agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any such attempt will be null and void. Armanov d.o.o. may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent or notice.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Armanov d.o.o. consent to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
Armanov d.o.o. complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Slovenian and EU law. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or flag any order if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of applicable law. All transactions are subject to standard payment processor compliance checks.
Should you have any complaint, please contact us using the details below. We will attempt to reply within 7 business days with information on the action that will be taken to resolve your issue. We appreciate all feedback and will endeavor to resolve disputes amicably. If you are unsatisfied and goods are returned to us, we will attempt to resolve the matter and issue a refund where appropriate. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback with your payment provider.
