Shipping Information

Ships from the United States — no customs, no import duties

All orders placed on us.store.armanov.com are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. Because your order ships from within the US, there are no customs fees and no import duties — what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. No surprise charges at the door.


1 — Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). Processing begins the day after your payment has been confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock availability, we will notify you promptly and offer a wait, a substitute, or a full refund.


2 — Shipping rates & transit times

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated by order weight at checkout.

Transit times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location within the US — orders to remote areas or P.O. Boxes may take up to 5 business days.


3 — Carrier & tracking

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our US logistics partner, Marketplace Prep (Fort Worth, TX). The carrier is selected based on your location and order weight. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Armanov d.o.o. is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you at the point of handoff to the carrier.


4 — Delivery address & failed delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address is accurate and complete, and that arrangements are in place to accept delivery. Armanov d.o.o. is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


5 — Lost or damaged shipments

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information and contact the carrier directly. If the shipment is confirmed lost, contact us at support@armanov.com and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, document the damage with photographs before opening the package and notify us within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Cancellations & Returns Policy for full details.
